Technical Intern, IT Helpdesk Coordinator
- MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Provide excellent customer service for on-site and remote users.
- Be part of an empowered culture where you are a key contributor to the success of the company.
- Learn and work with applications such as Mobile Application Management, Endpoint Protection and Response and Identity Access Management tools.
- Assist in user account management including password resets and access permissions.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complicated issues if necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation for Helpdesk Support staff to improve issue resolution.
- You will troubleshoot issues on various Operating systems. Windows, MacOS, Linux.
- Assist with managing various tools such as Microsoft (Office 365, Azure, Intune, Windows 10, Office), Apple (Mac OS), Antivirus/Malware, Encryption.
- Provide on-site support for conference meetings utilizing MS Teams and Zoom Rooms.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT equipment.
- YÊU CẦU
- Exposure to the Helpdesk Ticketing System (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management…) is preferred.
- Have good working knowledge of Windows/OS X/Linux operating systems.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills along with good verbal and written skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to quickly adapt to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.

Nơi làm việc: Khu chế xuất Tân Thuận, P. Tân Thuận Đông, Q.7, TP.HCM
Thời gian làm việc: Thứ Hai – Thứ Sáu (từ 8:00 sáng – 5:00 chiều) Thực tập sinh được hưởng trợ cấp thực tập hấp dẫn và cạnh tranh.
