[HCM.TD180] Recruitment of employees UI/UX Designer

1. Job Description

• Develop UI/UX design ideas for applications, web apps, websites, systems, etc., as per requirements.
• Collaborate with various functional teams including development and product management to identify user requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve user experience.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and detailed designs effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best design practices to ensure the team delivers innovative and effective designs.

2. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design (Familiar with designing across various devices including mobile, tablets, and web).
• Experience in illustration, graphic design, brand building, and interactive design.
• Experience in designing products related to organization and business management.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of design methods and design thinking, with a user-centered approach.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and excellent decision-making abilities in user experience and design, capable of working well under pressure.
• Ability to self-learn and stay updated on emerging product models in the market.
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design are preferred.
